The Old Church

As of January 15th, 2022 and in response to the Omicron variant, TOC requires all attendees, regardless of age, to show proof that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and are up to date with their booster shot, once they are eligible to receive one. Negative tests are no longer being accepted as an alternative to proof of vaccination.

Please note that TOC’s COVID-19 policies are subject to change. TOC will contact all ticket buyers when policies are updated.

Currently, we are unable to welcome guests under the age of 5 who are not yet eligible for vaccination.

Along with their ticket, attendees will need to bring either their physical vaccination card, a photo of their vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record, as well as government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport.

While indoors everyone is required to wear a mask at all times. Surgical, KN95 or N95 masks are preferable to cloth masks for protecting against the Omicron variant. All masks must fit well and not slip off the nose and mouth. You will be provided a KN95 mask if your mask does not meet these requirements.

What does “fully vaccinated” mean?

“Fully vaccinated” means that at least 14 days have passed since your final dose. Authorized vaccines include those recognized either by the World Health Organization (WHO) or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). If you are eligible for the booster, fully vaccinated means at least 7 days have passed since your booster shot.

*What is the booster requirement?

All audience members who are eligible must have received a COVID-19 booster dose in addition to being fully vaccinated in order to attend performances. You are eligible to receive a booster after 5 months if you had 2 doses of Pfizer, after 5 months if you had 2 doses of Moderna, and after 2 months if you received the single J+J dose.

Please see the CDC’s guidance on eligibility for boosters here.

*TOC’s booster policy allows a one-month window to schedule and receive a booster dose upon becoming eligible. During this window you must provide a professionally administered negative COVID-19 test given within 24 hours. After the one month window has passed entry will not be allowed until a booster has been received.

What is your vaccination verification process?

At the time of the event and before entering the venue, all guests aged 5 and older will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination through a physical copy, photo or mobile app. Anyone 18 years or older will need to present a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Minors may show school ID or another form of photo ID if not in the company of a parent or guardian. To keep things moving along, please have proof of vaccination and your photo ID ready when you arrive.

What should I do if I lost my vaccination card?

If you have lost your vaccination card you may request a copy of your vaccination records from your doctor’s office, health provider or by visiting this website.

What if I can’t attend the concert anymore?

If you will not be fully vaccinated or have a required booster by the date of your planned visit, you may donate your tickets or request a full refund by emailing prior to your concert.

The Old Church Concert is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and most donations are fully tax deductible. If you decide to donate your tickets, you will help us keep operating during the uncertainty of this pandemic so we can bring you more live music in the future. You can expect to receive a thank you and tax receipt within a few months of donating your tickets.

What about show concessions?

TOC has a sip-and-mask policy for active eating and drinking. This means that masks cannot be fully removed for any length of time and only partially removed while actively taking a sip or a bite.

TOC offers cashless transaction options for all in-venue purchases of tickets or concessions.

Where can I get a professionally-administered COVID test?

You may schedule a professionally-administered COVID test through your medical provider or for free at one of Curative’s many locations at
